Our studio is a soft space for high standards — offering a curated menu of premium beauty services designed to enhance, pamper, and empower. CANCELLATION POLICY
CHYKA LLC – Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing CHYKA LLC. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, and in order to do so, we have established the following policies. These policies are designed to respect both our time and yours, while ensuring availability and fairness for all clients. ⸻ Booking & Deposit Requirements • A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are applied toward your service total. • The remaining balance is due at the time of service via Cash, Zelle, Card or Venmo. • A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling To provide the best experience to all clients, we enforce a strict cancellation policy: • Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice. • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 30% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. • Appointments booked within 24 hours must be canceled at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time. • Failure to do so will result in a 30% charge. ⸻ Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your service. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be charged the full cost of the missed service. • Late arrivals are considered a No-Show at our discretion based on time constraints. ⸻ Payment Policy • All remaining balances are due at the time of service. • Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Zelle, Card and Venmo. • Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. ⸻ Policy Enforcement This policy is in place to protect the time and professionalism of our staff and the experience of all clients. We ask that you respect this policy, as no exceptions will be made. By booking an appointment with CHYKA LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
